These terms govern wholesale orders placed through business.decowill.com. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who can buy here
This portal serves businesses only. You must hold a valid GST registration and be purchasing for resale, corporate use or further manufacture — not for personal consumption. Individual buyers should use our retail store at https://decowill.com.
2. Accounts and verification
We verify the GST number on every new account, usually within one working day. Wholesale prices are visible only after approval. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for orders placed under your account.
3. Minimum order and multiples
The minimum order is 10 pieces per product, in multiples of 10. You may combine different products in one order. Some products carry a higher minimum, shown on the product page.
4. Prices and price breaks
Prices are in Indian rupees and exclusive of GST. Price breaks are applied per product line based on the quantity of that line, and are calculated automatically in the cart.
We may change listed prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is confirmed. Quantities above 500 pieces are quoted individually and the quoted price overrides the listed tier.
5. GST and invoicing
A GST tax invoice is issued for every order, addressed to the business name and GST number on your account. HSN codes are shown on each product page. Place of supply is your delivery state.
It is your responsibility to confirm your GST details are correct before ordering. We cannot reissue an invoice to a different GST number after dispatch.
6. Payment
Orders are dispatched after payment clears, unless you have agreed credit terms with us in writing. We accept Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking), and NEFT or RTGS bank transfer.
7. Dispatch and delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Branded or very large orders take 7 to 10 working days. Freight within India is free on orders above ₹5,000.
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.
8. Handmade variation
Our products are finished by hand. Small variations in colour, finish and weight are normal and are not defects. We batch-match each order so pieces within one order are consistent with each other.
9. Damage, shortages and returns
Check cartons on delivery. Report damage or shortages within 48 hours with photographs of the outer carton and the affected pieces. We will replace or credit verified claims.
Because these are wholesale quantities made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Custom-branded orders cannot be returned at all once production has started.
10. Custom branding
You confirm you own or are licensed to use any logo or artwork you send us. We produce a printed proof for your approval before the full run; once you approve the proof, the run is final.
11. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of that order. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or other indirect loss.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
