1. What we collect
When you register we collect your business name, GST number, contact name, email, mobile number and addresses. When you order we also record what you ordered, quantities, prices and delivery details.
Our servers log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
2. Why we collect it
To verify that you are a business, to process and deliver your orders, to issue GST invoices as the law requires, and to contact you about your orders. We also use aggregate order data to plan production and stock.
3. Who we share it with
Couriers, to deliver your order. Payment processors, to take payment — card details go to Razorpay and are never stored on our servers. Our accountant and the tax authorities, as required for GST compliance.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. Your cart is currently stored in your own browser, not on our servers. If we add analytics we will list the provider here.
5. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for at least eight years, as Indian tax law requires. Account details are kept while your account is active.
6. Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or ask us to close your account. We cannot delete invoice records we are legally required to keep. Write to b2b@decowill.com.
7. Security
This site runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
